At Mad City Football Prep, we take pride in the quality and attention to detail that goes into every football we prepare. Because many of our footballs are custom-prepped specifically for each order, processing times may vary slightly.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Football preparation begins after an order is received. This allows us to prep each football specifically for your order and helps ensure the highest level of quality and consistency.

Certain products or services may require additional processing time. If a different processing time applies, it will be clearly stated on the applicable product page.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

The 3–5 business-day timeframe refers to processing and preparation, not the carrier's transit time. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's service.

Mad City Football Prep is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.

Prepped Footballs

Because our footballs are prepped after the order is placed, customers should allow the full processing period before shipment. This process is intentional and allows us to focus on the condition, feel, and overall quality of each football rather than shipping products immediately from inventory.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Mad City Football Prep is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.
